Guest Speaker – Niamh Fitzpatrick

When it comes to effective preparation for performance, Niamh is one of the most sought after psychological coaches in the country. Since 1991 she has successfully trained hundreds of people in the psychological skills needed for optimum performance in sport and business, as well as for optimum mental health for life. Niamh has been described as being creative, innovative, enthusiastic and above all pragmatic in the way she works.
