VoiceGrid Customer Update

We are receiving feedback that some of you may be experiencing issues when making phone calls. Capacity issues with phone carriers are occurring on phone networks which are resulting in delays and termination of calls, especially when calling between carrier networks. These issues have been reported across all networks including eir, Three and Vodafone as the network providers struggle to cope with the changing profile of calls caused by users working from home due to COVID-19. 

When you place a call you may not get through the first time and it can take multiple attempts for the call to connect.  The network carriers are working to create additional capacity and please bear in mind, issues with these calls are not specific to one device.  Please do persist in trying to get the call to connect.
